Stir-fried Snow Peas

Ingredients:

 200 grams snow peas

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

 1/2 teaspoon sugar

 1/4 teaspoon salt

 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the snow peas and trim the ends. Mince the garlic.

2. Stir-fry the snow peas. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly golden brown.

3. Add the snow peas and stir-fry until they are tender and bright green, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry to combine, then remove from heat and serve immediately.

Tips:

 Do not overcook the snow peas, or they will become soft and mushy.
