Sesame Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients:
250 grams chicken breast
200 grams noodles
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1/2 onion
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil to taste
White sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces, about 0.5 cm thick.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin strips.
Wash the carrot and cut it into thin strips.
Wash the onion and cut it into strips.
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. - Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken slices, salt, black pepper, and cooking wine. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Make the sauce: In another bowl, combine the tahini, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir-fry the chicken: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken slices and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
- Add the vegetables: Add the cucumber strips, carrot strips, and onion strips to the wok or skillet. Stir-fry until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the sauce: Pour the prepared sauce into the wok or skillet. Toss everything together until the chicken, vegetables, and noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve: Divide the cooked noodles among serving plates. Top with the stir-fried chicken and vegetables. Garnish with white sesame seeds and enjoy.

Tips:
The longer you marinate the chicken, the more flavorful it will be.
Be careful not to overcook the chicken when stir-frying.
You can adjust the vegetables according to your own preferences.
If you like spicy food, add a pinch of chili powder to the sauce.
