Materials

Preparing the Fries:

3. Cooling:Drain the fries and spread them out to cool completely.

4. Frying:Heat vegetable oil to the desired temperature (around 375°F or 190°C). Fry the fries in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

5. Salting:Season the fries with salt immediately after frying.
