Ingredients:
500 grams pork belly
2 green bell peppers
2 pickled peppers
2 tablespoons doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Wash the pork belly and cut it into thin slices, about 5 millimeters thick.
