Ingredients

200g noodles
1 chicken breast, cut into thin slices
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
100g mung bean sprouts
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Seasonings

2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients Marinate the chicken slices in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper powder for 15 minutes.
