Materials
For the Soup Base:
Vegetable oil
Ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
Green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Onion, finely chopped
Cabbage, shredded
Carrots, grated
Green beans, finely chopped
Capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Salt
Black pepper powder
Chicken or vegetable stock (or water)
Cornstarch
For the Crispy Noodle Garnish (optional):
Hakka noodles
Cornstarch

Production Steps
Preparing the Soup Base:
1. Saute the Aromatics:
Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pot or wok.
Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Stir-fry the Vegetables:
