Wontons in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
Wonton wrappers: 40 pieces
Ground pork: 200 grams
Shrimp: 100 grams
Egg: 1
Scallions: 2
Ginger: 1 small piece
Garlic: 3 cloves
Doubanjiang (fermented chili bean paste): 2 tablespoons
Chili oil: 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Sugar: to taste

Instructions:
- Make the wonton filling:
- Chop the ground pork, shrimp, egg, scallions, ginger, and garlic finely.
- Add the doubanjiang, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sugar to taste.
- Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Wrap the wontons:
- Take one wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Bring the two ends of the wonton wrapper together and pinch them to form a triangle or crescent shape.
- Cook the wontons:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
