Stir-fried Noodles: Detailed Ingredients and Instructions

 Ingredients

 Noodles: 300g (Optional: egg noodles, rice noodles, knife-cut noodles, etc.)

 Bean sprouts: 120g

 Onion: ½ (about 100g)

 Leek: 6 stalks

 Eggs: 2

 Instructions

1. Prepare the ingredients

 Cook the noodles until al dente and drain. Add a pinch of salt and oil to the water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

 Wash and cut the bean sprouts, onion, and leek into thin strips.

 If using meat, cut it into strips or cubes and marinate it.

 Beat the eggs.

2. Stir-fry the ingredients

 Heat oil in a wok or pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

 Add more oil to the pan and stir-fry the onion strips until softened.

 Add the bean sprouts and leek strips and stir-fry until softened.

 If using meat, add the marinated meat and stir-fry until cooked through.

3. Stir-fry the noodles

 Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry with the ingredients until evenly mixed.

 Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper to taste and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.

4. Finishing touches

 Add the scrambled eggs and sesame oil and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Serve immediately.
