Tips for a Better Chili
For a thicker chili, mash some of the beans with a potato masher before adding them to the pot.
To add depth of flavor, roast the chili powder, cumin, and coriander in a dry skillet over low heat before using.
For a smoky flavor, char the onions and peppers on a grill before chopping and adding to the chili.
To make the chili vegetarian or vegan, ensure that the vegetable broth and any other ingredients used are also vegetarian or vegan.
By following these steps, you can create a delicious and flavorful spicy chipotle veggie chili that will satisfy your taste buds.
