Stir Fried Chinese Greens

Ingredients:

 500 grams (1 pound) Chinese greens

 A few cloves of garlic

 Vegetable oil, to taste

 Salt, to taste

 Chicken bouillon powder, to taste

 Pork lard (optional), to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients:

    Wash the Chinese greens thoroughly and drain them.

    Cut off the ends of the Chinese greens, then cut the greens into segments about 3-4 cm long.

    Peel and mince the garlic.

    If using pork lard, cut it into small pieces.

2. Stir-fry the Chinese greens:

    Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

    Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Add the Chinese greens and stir-fry until they are soft.

    Add salt and chicken bouillon powder to taste.

    If using pork lard, add it to the pan and stir-fry until evenly distributed.

    Stir-fry quickly for a few more seconds, then remove from heat and serve.
