Ingredients:
Green Beans:
1 pound (450 grams) fresh green beans, trimmed and ends removed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for stir-frying
Aromatics:
4 cloves garlic, minced (about 3 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon grated ginger (about 1-inch knob)
Chili Garlic Sauce:
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to your desired spice level)
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Green Beans:
Wash and trim the green beans, removing the tough ends from both sides.
Pat the green beans dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. - Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. - Stir-fry the Green Beans:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp and slightly blistered. - Combine Sauce and Season:
Pour the prepared chili garlic sauce mixture over the green beans and stir to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Cook and Serve:
Continue stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes, just until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors meld.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.

For a spicier dish, add more chili garlic sauce to your liking.
You can also add other vegetables to this stir-fry, such as bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
