Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients
200g noodles
300g vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, onions, bell peppers, etc.)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Wash and cut the vegetables into strips.
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add a little more oil to the pan, add the vegetables and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the cooked noodles, eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
- Stir-fry until all ingredients are combined and then serve.
Tips
You can add other vegetables or protein according to your preference.
Be careful with the heat when stir-frying the noodles, do not stir-fry for too long, otherwise the vegetables will become soft.
If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce or chili powder.
